Fitness journeys - tropical palm trees has four different ‘journeys’ to choose from, with all 4 carrying you forward through the changing tropical landscapes. Track 1 - mountain walk (31:41) is a long walk past small villages with views over verdant, sun-filled valleys as the distant mountains come ever closer. Journey through the palms on a rural asian road on track 2 - through the palms (19:30), catch glimpses of the sapphire blue of the ocean on a small lane near the coast on track 3 sea views (22:08), or jog slowly as the road gently dips and rises past vivid flowers and coconut groves on track 4 hillside journey (24:41). All tracks repeat automatically allowing longer exercise sessions and a play all function lets you play all 4 in turn.
